The main bedroom features an accent wall of Alamo Stone, a walkout to the covered patio, two gigantic walk-in closets, (12’10”X8’5” and 12’X8”), a jetted corner tub with tile surround, large shower tiled with Fern Gris slate, and oversized linen closet. The two guest bedrooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom with a beautiful tiled shower. Each also features a walkout to the covered patio area.

Variable ceiling heights range from 12 feet to a 20-foot cathedral ceiling in the great room. Most of the exterior windows and doors have transom windows above. The cabinets throughout the main house have Soft-Close drawers and granite countertops. All the interior ceiling fans feature remote controls. The 29’X19’ garage will easily fit a lifted F3500 truck.

The 5,000 square foot shop features a 16-foot wall clearance, and three 14-foot doors that will accommodate three RVs. It also contains a 1,250 sq. ft. living quarters, the electrical panels, and battery backup for the solar system, and the grinder pump. A covered patio along the length of the north side has clearance for two RVs and features two 50-AMP RV hookups and one RV dump station. The grinder pump transfers waste to one of the two aerobic septic systems. There is a solar panel system with battery backup that services the shop and living quarters, front gate, and well house. The shop has two HVAC units. The living quarters has its own separate HVAC unit.

We fish out of a 26" Caymas 26HB Hybrid Bay boat powered by a 300HP Mercury Verado, a 24 Avenger Bay boat powered by a 300HP Yamaha and a 24 Sportsman Hybrid bay boat powered by a 300HP Yamaha.

With multiple boats and experienced charter captains, we can accommodate group sizes of 2 to 15 anglers. Typically we like to have 4-5 anglers per boat so for larger groups, we will split the group into multiple fishing parties.
